Understanding the client’s requirements

Screening the candidates
Once the candidates are identified we contact the candidate and do a preliminary assessment on their suitability to the job, their interest for the position, communication skills etc. After this the profiles are sent to the respective clients. |

Scheduling interviews
Once we get the list of candidates short listed by the client, we have a discussion with the client, further to which the short listed candidates are contacted and interviews are scheduled. We keep both clients and candidates informed about each other’s status through the duration of selection process. |

Post-offer and post-joining follow ups
With the successful candidate getting the offer, we will stay in touch with both you and the candidate to maintain a smooth relationship and prevent the candidate from straying away to another company or looking for more attractive offers till he joins the company. Once the candidate is on board we keep in touch with the candidate to make sure that he is happy with the job, the organization, working environment etc. |
