How We Work?

Our key strength is the quality, depth and breadth of our search process. We believe that our job is not only to identify top talent but also to screen them thoroughly.

The following is an overview of the phases of our process:

Understanding the client’s requirements

For successfully locating the candidate for a requirement, it is important that we gain a clear understanding of the job specifications.  So, we begin our process from a detailed discussion with our clients and getting all the necessary data to help us locate the right candidate for the position.

Formulating a search strategy

No two requirements are the same for us. Every requirement is considered as a unique challenge and is approached afresh with élan. We spend time to analyze and formulate the best search strategy for a requirement so as to deliver the best result. Our expertise combined with the understanding we have of your needs, assist us in coming up with an effective search strategy to minimize the turn over time to fill the requirement and to maximize the quality of our results.

Our strategy combines:
Research of the job market to identify companies & sectors where the potential candidates could be found.
Devising of ‘compelling job description’ with a ‘brief introduction of our client’ to be posted in various portals and our own website
Drafting of short, sensible and attractive ads to be flashed in the internet followed by; targeted marketing and advertising of your requirements.
Traditional mining of all the ‘premier job portals’ and our ‘huge database’.
Utilizing of our ‘wide professional and personal contacts’ to, find out potential candidates.
Screening the candidates

Once the candidates are identified we contact the candidate and do a preliminary assessment on their suitability to the job, their interest for the position, communication skills etc. After this the profiles are sent to the respective clients.
Scheduling interviews

Once we get the list of candidates short listed by the client, we have a discussion with the client, further to which the short listed candidates are contacted and interviews are scheduled. We keep both clients and candidates informed about each other’s status through the duration of selection process.
Post-offer and post-joining follow ups

With the successful candidate getting the offer, we will stay in touch with both you and the candidate to maintain a smooth relationship and prevent the candidate from straying away to another company or looking for more attractive offers till he joins the company. Once the candidate is on board we keep in touch with the candidate to make sure that he is happy with the job, the organization, working environment etc.
